Numerology and the Numerology Table
Numerology is the belief that numbers hold special meaning and can be used to gain insight into a person’s personality, strengths, and challenges. One tool used in numerology is the numerology table, which is a grid that assigns a numerical value to each letter in the alphabet. By totaling the numbers assigned to the letters in a person’s name and birth date, it is believed that one can gain insight into their unique characteristics and traits.
Calculating the Numerology Table
To calculate a numerology table, first assign each letter in the alphabet a numerical value. In most numerology systems, the letters A through I are assigned the values 1 through 9, J through R are assigned the values 1 through 9, and S through Z are assigned the values 1 through 8. For example, the letter A would be assigned the value 1, B would be assigned the value 2, and so on.
Next, use the numerology table to calculate the numerical value of a person’s name and birth date. To do this, add up the values assigned to each letter in the person’s name and birth date. For example, if a person’s name is “John Smith” and their birth date is January 1, 1990, their numerology table would be calculated as follows:
John Smith: 1 + 6 + 8 + 5 + 6 + 1 + 2 + 4 + 8 + 4 + 2 = 43
January 1, 1990: 1 + 1 + 5 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 26
Interpreting the Numerology Table
Once a numerology table has been calculated, the resulting numbers can be used to gain insight into a person’s characteristics and traits. For example, a person with a numerology table total of 1 is believed to be independent, ambitious, and a natural leader.
