“Application” means an application for Services forwarded to The-Patternist.com for acceptance.
“Customer” means a person or entity who completes an application for a service package offered by The-Patternist.com and enters into an Agreement with The-Patternist.com to provide one or more Services.

2. AGREEMENT
2.1 The Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions if they:
(a) tick the box in the Application acknowledging that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
(b) provide a written acceptance to these Terms and Conditions by email or by any other form of written communication;
(c) accept by conduct, that is, they place an order with The-Patternist.com by any means or otherwise instruct The-Patternist.com to provide the Services.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other contractual documentation produced by The-Patternist.com in relation to the Services, including the Customer Application.
2.3 The-Patternist.com is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on receipt of the Service Fees as cleared funds in its nominated bank account.
2.4 The date of the Agreement is the date on which The-Patternist.com receipts the Service Fees in its nominated bank account as cleared funds.
3. WARRANTIES BY CUSTOMER
3.1 The Customer warrants that they are the individual seeking the numerology or astrology reading or are authorized to arrange such services on behalf of another individual. In cases where the individual arranging the services (such as a gift or for another party) and the recipient of the services are different, both parties will be regarded as the ‘Customer’ under these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 The Customer warrants that they will use The-Patternist.com’s Gaming Connection Hub responsibly and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
3.3 The Customer guarantees that, upon request, they will furnish The-Patternist.com with any necessary documents or evidence required to demonstrate their authority or right to procure the services, especially in cases where they are arranging services on behalf of someone else.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 The Customer will:
(a) disclose to The-Patternist.com all information in the Customer’s possession relevant to the provision of the Services;
(b) comply with all legal requirements and requirements of all relevant statutory authorities relating to the Services;
(c) provide The-Patternist.com with access to information required and provide all necessary assistance to enable The-Patternist.com to provide Services safely in accordance with the Agreement;
(d) make available as soon as is reasonably possible to The-Patternist.com all material requested by The-Patternist.com and or required to complete the Services;
(e) notify The-Patternist.com in writing within 14 days prior of any issue. The Customer will remain liable under this Agreement unless released by The-Patternist.com in writing.
5. PLATFORM PURPOSE
5.1 The-Patternist.com is a Gaming Connection Hub designed to connect gamers for the purpose of arranging online or in-game multiplayer sessions.
5.2 The Gaming Connection Hub is free to use, supported by advertisements. It is intended solely as a gaming-related platform, and The-Patternist.com reserves the right to add Premium Services in the future to support the platform.
5.3 The-Patternist.com does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate real-world meetings between users. Any such meetings are undertaken solely at the discretion and risk of the users involved.
5.4 Customers acknowledge and agree that the primary purpose of the platform is for gaming-related connections, and it is not a platform for personal, social, or professional networking outside of gaming contexts.
6. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT
6.1 Customers must use The-Patternist.com services responsibly and respectfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

10. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
10.1 Numerology and Astrology Services: Numerology and astrology readings are offered as one-time purchases. Customers acknowledge these readings are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
10.2 Gaming Connection Hub: The Gaming Connection Hub is currently offered as a Free Service supported by advertisements. The-Patternist.com reserves the right to introduce Premium Services, including subscription-based features or other paid options, at any time to support the platform.
10.3 All Service Fees paid for Premium Services are non-refundable, except as required by law.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 The-Patternist.com shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
(a) natural disasters;
(b) government actions or regulations;
(c) pandemics or public health emergencies;
(d) labor disputes;

14. CONFIDENTIALITY

(b) was known to the receiving party prior to disclosure;

16. TERMINATION
